got BOI apporoval :-D

It’s been so long time since we applied BOI. They said it’d be approved in 15 days, but nothing happened for 1 month. 1 month later we contacted them to ask how it goes, then we found out that they lost our application form. So we had to send our application form again and wait and wait….

This morning we contacted BOI again if they lost it again or not… then they told me that it’s been apporoved on 28 of August already!

If we couldn’t get BOI, we won’t set up a company, this is what we decided when we start talking about new company. We can ask my visa/wp to another company to issue for me, and can hire staff via the company i’m working for now.

So my motivation had been little low these days, because i was not sure if i can start new company or not. Since we started setting up another company, i’ve been meeting many cool geeks/hackers in Thailand who made me to decide staying in Thailand.  However, i was not really sure if i can start a company, if i can stay here? how my visa/wp goes?

Now i am sooooo glad to get BOI and meet lots of cool people here :D

So now we are going to hire people and set up our new company. I’m going out of this country to get new Visa and come back.
