Mai pet mai aroi – not spicy not delicious.

Not busy not fun.

I’ve been little busy these days because of urgent project from Tokyo. It is kind of trial before we actually get the contract (still get paid though).

Now 8 designers are working with us as freelancers, some of them have regular work during day time, so they come online and start contacting me after 20.00 pm or so.

I just found myself enjoying it. Now some of them asking me that if we hire them as regular worker. Or some are just like to drop in at my office and work here.

Since I joined my previous company, I had been feeling so glad to make everything by myself not just only parts, or not managing people. The company before the previous company, I was the only one Japanese in the company and had to be a manager, I didn’t write code or didn’t design often.

These 3 years, I’ve forgotten being a manager. When I started MOZO, I was so stressed to be a manager, told some friends that “I don’t want to be a manager”, but now, it’s not bad. Managing team is fun. I love our team.

Due to the tight deadline, we are so busy and working till late everyday, but fun.Thank you all for your help :D

Hope we can get the contract!
