track what i have – but i don’t know how much beer i had
The biggest problem of my health( i mean shape) is that i love eating and drinking. If i could stop beer, it must be very easy to loose weight.
I joined beercamp last night and had beer a lot. The waiter keep filling my glass so i don’t know how much i had, 3 bottles? 4 bottles or more? I didn’t want to be a girl who drinks a lot like this, but unfortunately i am.
Anyway, this morning i searched calories of beer singha and end up with livestrong.com. On this website you can track what you ate, actually you can track many things, how many times you smile today, how much money you save… bit too much though… anyway, i could find calories of singha beer, so it’s fine.
It says 4 bottles of beer singha has 640 calories. Did i have more than that last night? could be more…
no wonder i’m getting big. eating a lot and drinking a lot, and being lazy… orz….. Should i use livestrong.com to track my food/drink life?
One of my friend has been trying to get fat, he should drink beer like i do, then he can get fat so quick.
