Here is the twitpoll @kengggg made, thanks @kengggg.

We are still on disscussion if we make #BarcampBangkok3 overnight event or not.

I voted for overnight but I really think it should be convenient for who can’t stay overnight or people who can join just for few hours.

For Barcamp addicts, like some of us, it doesn’t matter if it took 2 hours trip to go to venue, because we know we’ll stay here 36 hours and will have fun.

However, if I got something urgent project or things on the barcampBangkok3 day, which could happen, I’m not sure if i can take 4 hours drive to go and back.

If the venue is in/around the city, I can just show up for few hours, or maybe can join the after party or things.

That’s what I’ve been thinking.

If It’s far, people joining barcamp would be PURE barcamp addicts, but It doesn’t give new commer chance to know about the Barcamp. If I didn’t join last barcamp and if next one is far from Bangkok, I’m not sure if I joined it or not.

Where is the good place for #BarcampBangkok3?

Because I’m involved in it, and I really want to make it happen.

She says “life in this country has dealt me a red shirt” – finally we have a movement I can identify with – this has nothing to do with Thaksin – he has only opened our eyes – and for that some of us are grateful to him. We know he is as corrupt as they all are but at least he threw us a few pieces of the cake – the other people in power take it all.
