“Do nothing”, peace and relax
I really enjoyed doing “do nothing” on Sunday.
Sitting on the river side, watching birds playing with the wind, listening the grasses make sound, seeing the sunset over the river. Very quiet and pieceful. I really liked the little capital called Phnom Penh.
Last 2 months, I have been super busy, I didn’t even have time to drag myself to the hospital when I found I’m not well, and the busy period made me to feel guilty when I do nothing. I always feel like I have lots of things to do, if I sit and do nothing, I feel like I’m wasting time.
However, the time on the riverside made me realize that “do nothing” is not wasting time, i was actually enoyining “do nothing”. It was a great off for me. Now I came back to my busy life in Bangkok, but at least now I remember “how to relax”, i’ll handle it :-)
