I do design, I do code, but our developers code well, our designer design cool stuff, their skills are a lot more than what I have. MOZO can’t be exist without the team.

So what is the point I’m sittiing in the office? Coodinating? Bridging? What is my speciallity?

One of the answer is smile.

Last few weeks, somehow I couldn’t smile well, not depressed but kind of low and flat feeling. I wanted to discuss a lot with my staff, but at the same time I didn’t want to talk to anybody.

What I have to do is cheering everybody, smiling and sometimes being strong to lead them.

But actually my staff cheer me up, which I had to do. Everybody say “We are team”, “You smile, then I smile”, “I want to help you” etc etc.

My staff are my menthor, they cheer me up a lot… I’m kind of simple, but not good at telling in words. I should smile and show them how I’m happy to work with them…. hope they understand.

MOZO is now 1 years old. Thank you everybody for everything :)
