Finally twitter got (or testing) “Retweet” feature on their website. We have been using RT and most of the twitter clients has RT feature, but twitter website itself didn’t have it till now.

RTActually the UI I see is not really like above now, it’s like this.

rtt

You can see “WHO” RTed the tweet, like this…

rt

Now I see stranger’s tweets on my timeline like this…

twwIt says…

Wondering who this is?
Someone you follow thought this was worth retweeting, which is why you are seeing it in your Home timeline.

When @31o5 Retweeted @newsclip ’s tweet via tweetdeck, nothing happened. Just like normal RT.

ncI logged in as @BKK_Events and unfollowed @cnngo, @cnngo is now stranger for@BKK_Events,

retweet from website then I saw the “RT” icon on my timeline.

cnngo

I logged in as @Beercamp and here is the difference. Both of @cnngo and @newsclip are stranger for @Beercamp, but only the RT via website shows RT icon.

Difference

@BKK_Events and @31o5 retweeted the same tweet from @cnngo, then it shows like this.

ttt@31o5 retweeted another @cnngo tweet via tweetdeck, then shows like this. You can see difference. Both of @31o5 and @BKK_Events are not strangers for @Beercamp.

rere

Twitter clients need to be modified, it seems.

She says “life in this country has dealt me a red shirt” – finally we have a movement I can identify with – this has nothing to do with Thaksin – he has only opened our eyes – and for that some of us are grateful to him. We know he is as corrupt as they all are but at least he threw us a few pieces of the cake – the other people in power take it all.
