but when I saw it the text on the bottom was in arabic language like this.

این سایت به عنوان هشدار هک می شود

It happened while we bangkok hackers were talking about the name of our new hackerspace, and someone mentioned that we shouldn’t use the word “hacker” because polices here would think hacker related to cyber terrorism or else, people have negative impression” then this happened! funny.
