It’s not actually barcamp, but something like that, just sharing knowledges, ideas with everybody.

MOZO copied google’s 20% rule, everybody has some private projects and being allowed to work on it 20 % of working time. Some of MOZO staff have been working on their 20% projects, and we haven’t shared them yet, so we’ll have 20% projects progress report party.

Even the project has no progress, we can at least share the ideas :) Here are some topics posted by my staff.

Topics posted

  • Introduction Arduino to Flash communications
  • learning Cinema 4d
  • Take a photo and try to learn how to make HDR (High dynamic range)
  • learn actionscript 3 but not have time yet
  • Improve more skill in motiontween
  • Practice in photoshop retouching
  • learning XTHML/CSS,php,etc…
  • Make “wedding movie” automatically, but I do not have skill.

Seems like some more topics are coming up, maybe only Tuesday afternoon is not enough? This is our first time to do the progress report, let’s see how it works.

We’ll start around 15:30 to…. till late :) on 8 Dec, 2009.

If anybody wanna join, bring your topics to share, we don’t have free T-shirts though :)

I think the 20% freedom+sharing rule is an excellent management decision, acknowledging and enhancing creativity among the fellowship of the staff members, beyond the “duty.” I will recommend to use this method also where I am involved.

Thank you Norbert san. I’m so excited to see my staff’s progress. I know they have been working on their private projects, and sounds cool… :)

She says “life in this country has dealt me a red shirt” – finally we have a movement I can identify with – this has nothing to do with Thaksin – he has only opened our eyes – and for that some of us are grateful to him. We know he is as corrupt as they all are but at least he threw us a few pieces of the cake – the other people in power take it all.
